We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Anytime Casual is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales are concluded directly between you and Anytime Casual. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Anytime Casual. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability arising from your purchases or transactions.
