Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (subject to a fee) along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or product are not possible. You can simply place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
